About Sugar Creek

Welcome Home!

Sugar Creek is a private, family owned community of 250 lots, sheltered among mature trees that provide shade and beauty. The lake sits in the center of the community, across from the clubhouse and pool area, where there are plenty of chairs and lounges to sunbathe or hang out during karaoke on the back deck. Our staff works hard to make sure the neighborhood looks great and runs smoothly.

We are a 55+ community with a good mix of homeowners that come for the Winter season and others that live here year round. The owners and staff give an ice cream social in the Summer and a BBQ every Fall for all the residents able to attend.
